1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wwj2 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the wwj2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the wwj2 Platform.

wwj2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the wwj2 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager or accessing any game.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of wwj2, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the wwj2 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR guidelines.

wwj2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of wwj2 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your wwj2 account.

wwj2 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wwj2 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your wwj2 account and not share it with any third party.
• Notify wwj2 immediately via live chat or by contacting support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your wwj2 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

wwj2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified wwj2 of a security breach in accordance with the above.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

wwj2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at wwj2's discretion.

• Deposits: All deposits are credited to your wwj2 wallet in Philippine Pesos. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the withdrawal page. wwj2 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on the wwj2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos. wwj2 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Fraud Prevention: wwj2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected. Funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wwj2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• wwj2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the wwj2 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gameplay on wwj2:

• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with wwj2 games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players, including sharing of cards or game information in live dealer games, is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
• wwj2 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by licensed studios.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the records maintained by wwj2's gaming systems shall be the definitive reference.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wwj2 content without prior written consent from wwj2.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wwj2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. wwj2's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your wwj2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Suspension

wwj2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if wwj2 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. wwj2 operates in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through wwj2's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the wwj2 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wwj2 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and wwj2 relating to the subject matter hereof.
